On MAY 1st, 2003  the annual AOEC (All-Austran-Contest)
(an amateur radio contest) take place on the 10 MHz amateur
radio "band " (10100-10150 kHz, SSB above 10120 kHz)
(plus the 80m band on 3600-3650 & 3700-3775 kHz)
with the legal possible participation of austrian UTILITY stations of  
the
Red Cross, Military, Police, MFA. They are specially licenced by the
austrian telecommunication authority to communicate in this contest
with amateur radio station as an "emergency communication training".

Callsigns:
OEH's : Red Cross and other Aid services, e.g. OEH51 (fixed) or OEH5101
            (first) mobile unit of OEH51
OEP's : MOI / Police, e.g. OEP213
OEY's : Military, e.g. OEY51
OEC   : MFA

QSLing is usualy via the normal amateur radio bureau system to Austria.
