Nils, das wird auch noch länger gehen.
Die Aussage aus Kenya klingt nicht sehr optimistisch für einen
Frequenzwechsel.

Hello Wolfgang,

(not Somalia) still uses 7145 for broadcasts but is not always heard here.

Today I spoke to CCK yet again about the Kampala broadcasts on
7195, and they said they would refer it back to the monitoring service.
The trouble is that Uganda is a separate country within the EA Community
and go their own way, so there is no great hope of any rapid action.

I am sending copies of this message to colleagues in Uganda who may
be able to raise it with their Authority.

Dear Intruder Busters,
Ted is certainly right: German telecoms. together with the Spanish
telecoms. have taken the fix, and they are pretty sure that the INTRUDER
is coming from Uganda. Tnx to both authorities for a quick help!
I was listening into my .wav- recordings made, and, in deed, "Uganda"
and
"here in Uganda" is repeated in the recording.
At 1750 there was an abrupt s/off without jingle and announcement. The
signal was S9+10dB with my inverted-V dipole antenna directed
North-South.

This is the 1st time that I heard R.Uganda on 7195 kHz. I will keep on
listening during the next day.
Will you, please, inform your national telecoms. authorities for a
COMPLAINT. Thank you for your help.

Good luck and all the best from Tuebingen, southern Germany
de;.
Uli, DJ9KR

Hello all,
I hear this S9+30 but it is rather noisy. Part of this program
was coming from Kabale in western Uganda,
and broadcast from Kampala, Uganda.

Dear Intruder Busters,
just now, August 11, since 1702 UTC I can hear a program in (British)
English voice with S9 with QSB. I guess the tx-er is somewhere in
Africa.
Do you also listen? Tnx!
