WTWW is testing on 9990 khz at 23:35 UT on Saturday,Feburary 11,2012 
with the QSO radio Show hosted by Ted Randall,giving id's,playing 
music,and having guests possibly including george McClintock of WTWW.
At 2245 UT the signal was weak but dropourts occuredd attimes before 
Hourtop at 23;00.
Continued monitioring channel for improvements and somewhat drifty and 
less noisy.
This must be the CEI 418 E he is using for this test.
Audio somewhat muddy at times by 23:43 UT in English.
Will provide updated log as conditions warrant.
George is on at this time speaking with Ted now,so,i can make out some 
of the convo taking place on 9990.

RX mit O=4-5, QRT  nach ID   "WT-WW"  00.00utc

(Hier lokal nur O=2 an Dipol)
