Hi - this morning:

8.765 kHz first the usual MIL-STD-188-141A exchange between "WATFORD87" and
"MORTON 25" at 07:22 UTC. Then into MIL-STD-188-110A [Terminal Mode: SYNC 8
BIT MSB at Code3-32P], scrambled, but header partly readable as:
" ...".
Eventually into SSB: "Whisky Alpha seven, Whisky Alpha seven, Whisky Alpha
seven. This is Mike Oscar five, Mike Oscar five ..." [strong, female,
obviously in Polish], MO[RTON2]5 responding [weak, male]. Concluding with
agn ALE.
