*Daylight Time:* After last weekend's shift to Daylight Time in most of 
North America, VOA Radiogram is still broadcasting at the same UTC 
times. This means new local times for many listeners. For example, VOA 
Radiogram is now Saturday at 5:30 am, noon, and 10:30 pm, and Sunday at 
3:30 pm Eastern Daylight Time.

*Android Advice?*  In this weekend's Flmsg item, I typed "Android 
advice" when, of course, I meant Android device. As a new and first-time 
owner of an Android tablet, I need all the advice I can get.

*Hum? Hmmm...* There was a very noticeable hum on the transmitter during 
this morning 0930 UTC broadcast on 5910 kHz. We will see if the problem 
persists during the rest of this weekend's broadcasts  and if it affects 
the decoding.
