The current RF-conditions here in Europe are characterized by a high 
foF2 during the day but a quick recombination during the evening hours.
This is particularly problematic for DigiDX tansatlantically on the high 
frequencies via WRMI (low MUF after 19.00z) or the late re-broadcast via 
ch292 in the 49mB for the local European target area (large skip zone).
