"...The big news this weekend is that our Saturday broadcast on 9400 kHz 
will change its time to 1400-1430 UTC (it was 1600-1630 UTC). This 
should improve reception in Europe by keeping it in the daylight hours. 
We will find out how this time change will affect reception in 
Asia/Pacific and North America. (The Mighty KBC will also change its 
time on 9400 kHz from 1500-1600 to 1300-1400 UTC, with a minute of 
MFSK64 at about 1330 UTC.)..."
