DAB / DAB + is terrestrial RADIO

DVB-T2 is terrestrial TELEVISION and became necessary to replace the 
antiquated MPEG2 video codec.
In addition, transmission parameters were significantly improved.
- Increasing the size of single-frequency networks by 30%
- Improvement of the robustness of the signals (better forward correction)
- steeper drop in the spectrum edges
- more efficient frequency band usage (now 6 programs in full HD quality 
instead of 4 programs in low-DVD quality)
In contrast to other countries with h264, the high-efficiency h265 video 
codec is used in Germany.
Of course, the hardware requirements are greater in the case of h265. 
But I have a used notebook from 2013 with i5 dual-core in use - that 
works quite well with a DVB-T2-Stick.
I do not want to miss DVB-T2 anymore. I can do without the now encrypted 
private programs and their questionable contents.

DVB-T2 ist terrestrisches FERNSEHEN und wurde notwendig, um den 
antiquierten MPEG2-Video-Codec zu ersetzen.
Zusätzlich wurden Übertragungsparameter signifikant verbessert.
- Erhöhung der Größe von Gleichwellennetzen um  30%
- Verbesserung der Robustheit der Signale (bessere Vorwärts-Korrektur)
- steilerer Abfall der Spektrums-Flanken
- effizientere Frequenzbandnutzung (nun 6 Programme in voller 
HD-Qualität anstatt anstatt 4 Programme in niedriger DVD-Qualität)
Im Gegensatz zu anderen Ländern mit h264  wird in Deutschland der hoch 
effiziente h265-Video-Codec eingesetzt.
Natürlich sind die Hardwareanforderungen im Fall von h265 größer. Aber 
ich habe ein gebrauchtes Notebook aus 2013  mit i5-dual-core im Einsatz 
- das funktioniert ganz gut mit einem DVB-T2-Stick.
Ich möchte DVB-T2 nicht mehr missen.  Auf die jetzt verschlüsselten 
privaten Programme und deren fragwürdige Inhalte kann ich verzichten.
