With regard to the currently small SSN and the big North America, the 
selected frequency (in this time slot) seems to me too high.
A prediction for 16 MHz / 1900z shows a field strength wedge only for 
the US East Coast.
My reference values ​​may be inaccurate, but these plots usually 
indicate tendencies.
