Wide open in the evenings, this frequency had become a common place to
find a pirate station relaying various programmes. A range of the IDs
heard over past years on 1494 kHz includes Laser Hot Hits, Coast FM,
Energy FM, and now Radio Rock Revolution.
However, I cannot find any website or live stream for Radio Rock
Revolution; all I ended up was a German version of The Boat That Rocked,
a movie about pirate radio boom of the 1960s, and, specifically, Radio
Caroline. But that's a different story.
Checked the reception first with my own rig in NE Poland, which is
Airspy HF+ Discovery and ~80m sky loop antenna to find a very weak
signal, but enough to match songs heard to a KiwiSDR in Malin, County
Donegal, Ireland, which had it also weak but audible. All noted around
21:12 UTC Tuesday June 16th, 2020.
However, later after I took this video, I've found out that many SDRs
around North Sea provided better reception of this station, it was even
good on PE1OPQ's TPOT SDR in N Netherlands.

Does anyone know more about "Radio Rock Revolution" I heard in Veurne
Belgium on Wednesday, July 22 at around 9.30 pm BST on 1494 kHz? Here
you can hear an MP3 recording with the identification:
