Heutzutage ist die Frage wohl weniger WAS man mit liest, an 
ID-Schleifen, sondern WIE.  Bei manch' hier schon gepriesener Software 
ist ja auch nicht alles "koscher", um es einmal so auszudrücken.

Hier eine Meinungsäußerung dazu aus der UDXF-Mailingliste:

That is the case.  A commercial product that was hacked and released 
without license. The original developer was Avonlea Services in Montana.
Discussion of Sorcerer threatens the UDXF list simply because Yahoo’s 
Terms of Usage prohibit illegal activities; and discussion, linking to, 
and actively advocating the use of illegally cracked/hacked software 
(aka warez) could be construed as illegal activities.
If the legal owners of the software were to file complaints with Yahoo, 
the list could probably be shutdown (although Yahoo itself is immune 
thanks to the DCMA) and the owners could even go so far as to get IP and 
access records on those who have admitted to using Sorcerer (at least 
those users in the US) and could take those people to court.  Not 
likely, but legally possible.
So, make up your own mind.

wenn Beiträge dazu später öffentlich werden.......
