[A-DX] Deltaloop anpassen

Hallo,
bisher habe ich die beiden Enden meiner Deltaloop direkt ans Koaxkabel angeschlossen. Dadurch habe ich ein unangepasstes System. Um dieser Kalamität abzuhelfen, habe ich neulich bei Mr. Wellbrook (Andy Ikin) nachgefragt, ob ich zur Anpassung meiner Deltaloop die ALA100LN oder ALA100HG verwenden könnte. Vor allem sollte ein Übersteuerungseffekt nicht eintreten. Das hat er geantwortet:

"Both loops has an approx. input z of 50 Ohms at 1MHz. So it will be a good 
match at lower frequency.
 
The ALA100LN should be okay. If you end-up with too much gain at some freqs. 
then any Rx attenuation will not effect the overall s/n as this is set by 
your large loop and the ALA100LN noise figure.
 
If you think that the amp./Rx will be overloaded, then just use a 4:1 z 
matching transformer.
 
Ten turns trifilar wound on the twin hole balun core. Then connect two wires 
in series. This connects to the loop. The other wire connect to the coax. 
This will ensure that the loop is only magnetically couple to the Rx and 
reduce noise.

Kann mal jemand ein paar Tipps geben, wie ich diesen 4:1 Transformator aufbaue (Doppelkerntypen, trifilar)? Verwendet jemand eine ALA100LN oder ALA100HG und kann über die Eigenschaften berichten?
