Warum die Frage ?

Unter pekunärem Gesichtspunkt ?
Wegen Wertverlust neu 850, jetzt auf gebraucht z.Zt. 590 EURo soeben
gesehen.

Die COLLINS & DRAKEs aus den 70zigern tuen es doch heute zur Freude des
Nutzers auch noch,
der jetzige alte Perseus wird's auch in künftigem Jahrzehnt dann noch tuen.
Wie lange werden die Bauteile aus dem Jahre 2008 dann noch halten?

Dabei werden die Broadcaster auf den Wellen immer weniger.
Man muss sich schon andere Empfangsfelder / modi suchen,
auch ohne Pappen-Deckel Exciting.

I still manufacture and sell them through my main partners, that's to say
SSB Electronic GmbH in Europe and AOR in Japan.

Of course sales quantities are not as high as in the past but I've not yet
communicated my distributors an end of availability as I still receive
decent orders from time to time.

I've not yet made sales plans for the 2020 but I think that it is quite
normal that a product designed 12 years ago sooner or later will be no more
available, at least for what concerns the hardware.

I'm actually working on a new hardware design but it is still early to make
an official announcement. You will know more about it when I have something
really pretty to show in my hands.

I already have clear ideas in my mind but I must still verify that they are
all viable as I wish.
